Ideal for facility service professionals in the hospitality and housekeeping sector of the cleaning industry, the IEHA Master's Program is a high-level certification designed for elite members who are committed to continuous improvement and professionalism in their field. This two-day course covers a range of important topics, including infection control, work controls, staff development, team building, leadership, customer service, sustainability, and continual improvement. To earn the certification, participants will be required to complete group projects to demonstrate their mastery of these concepts. *PREREQUISITE: Must have a current Certified Environmental Services Executive (CESE) or Registered Environmental Services Executive (RESE) designation. CESE and RESE candidates wishing to pursue this additional designation must also meet additional requirements set forth by IEHA.
