ISSA’s Cleaning Management Institute (CMI) Train the Trainer workshop certifies cleaning professionals as Certified Professional Trainers (CPT), equipping them to implement effective training within their operations or for their customers. This program is an excellent starting point for establishing effective and high-quality training.

Ideal for professionals in the industrial, commercial, education, public venue, transportation, and distribution sectors, this program focuses on upskilling staff and enhancing team efficiency through CMI’s Cleaning Technician Certification course.

Train the Trainer covers frontline procedures and proven teaching methods, empowering trainers leads, supervisors, distributor sales representatives and others to elevate industry professionals—whether you're a contract cleaning company (BSC) manage an in-house team or sell products to customers

Please Note:

• In addition to technical skills, each day covers adult learning styles and presentation techniques, ensuring that participants are well-equipped to train others effectively.
• After the conclusion of the workshop, attendees will receive access to an online final exam, which must be completed within a 60-day period. A passing grade of 80 percent per module is required.
