CMI Train the Trainer: Empower Your Team Through Professional Development

ISSA’s Cleaning Management Institute (CMI) Train the Trainer workshop certifies cleaning professionals as Certified Professional Trainers, equipping them to implement effective training within their operations. This program is an excellent starting point for establishing effective and high-quality training.

Ideal for professionals in the industrial, commercial, restoration, and public venue sectors, this program focuses on upskilling staff and enhancing team efficiency through CMI’s Custodial Technician Certification course.

Train the Trainer covers frontline procedures and proven teaching methods, empowering trainers and lead custodians to elevate their teams—whether you're a building service contractor (BSC) or an in-house service provider (ISP).

Please Note:

In addition to technical skills, each day covers adult learning styles and presentation techniques, ensuring that participants are well-equipped to train others effectively.

After the conclusion of the workshop, attendees will receive access to an online final exam, which must be completed within a 60-day period. A passing grade of 80 percent per module is required.
