This workshop is perfect for professionals in the industrial, commercial, residential, and public venue cleaning sectors, including facility service staff, Distributor Sales Reps, Manufacturers, Consultants, and more.
Become an ISSA Cleaning Industry Management Standard (CIMS) Certification Expert (CCE) and gain the tools to identify operational gaps and drive meaningful change.
In this in-person course, you'll learn:
- Principles of effective cleaning management
- The six pillars of CIMS
- Comprehensive green cleaning strategies
- CIMS and CIMS-GB compliance
- Supporting customers in achieving LEED certification
- Updated CIMS Standards, including residential and sustainability
PLEASE NOTE:
After the course concludes, each attendee will receive access to take the final online exam to be completed within a 60-day time frame. The passing grade per module is 80%. A final online exam will be taken after class has concluded to receive your CIMS Expert (C.C.E.) certification.
CCE certification is valid for two years.
